There are no words to describe the feeling of horror that courses through me when I think about the unfathomable disaster that took the lives of 52,000 (and growing) beings.

All we can hope is that enough assistance reaches the affected areas to minimize any additional suffering. Mostly, I feel for the children who survived, now without parents and families.
