A Note

My name is Jay and I blog over at Nascent Musings. I am an online friend of De's and just a few days ago she suffered a terrible tragedy.

Her nephew, with whom she was very close, died at a very young 23 years of age. The apparent cause is drowning. De is in mourning and I speak with her about every day. She appreciates everyone who visits the blog and as her friend I am certain that any condolences left here or via e-mail would be appreciated.

Please keep her and her entire family in your thoughts/prayers.

I never know quite what to say to someone who's experienced a loss as you have, but I am terribly sorry. The words sound hollow when they're typed, but the sentiment is certainly not. Just know that you and your family are in my thoughts.

If there is anything you need, or anything I can do, please know that all you have to do is ask.

I am always lost for words when it comes to such horrible things like losing a loved one. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry.

All, who have commented saying they don't know what to say etc...............the fact that all of us have left a note clearly shows we know exactly what to do. By coming to this blog and writing is what we can all do..........You too are in my prayers. Your nephew is smiling down on you! Deborah

De, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so tragic and jolting when someone so young dies. I'll be thinking of you and your family.

I share your grief at the loss of your beloved nephew. I remeber that you talked to me about him sent me his pictures.
