Poetry Reading

Jeez...
I've got to plan a poetry reading for adults for April which is National Poetry Month.

I need some ideas...
Has anyone ever done this before?
Have you been to one you really liked?
C'mon! Give up the info! Tell me what you know!

Lots of wine served at the start of the party. The first hour should be hoity toity conversation and debate about the night's reading. By the time you get up there to do the actual reading they'll be cheering in the aisles and throwing their undergarments at you.

All good ideas, J-Snooze.
I should clarify that this will be in a public library and it's for adults to read their poetry. Besides staff, it's just not appropriate to be drunk in the library. ;)
